A Different Lens on Business
A business is more than a name, a product or a commercial model. It is a developing system shaped by the founder, its identity and positioning, the decisions made along the way, the environment in which it operates, and the timing of its development.
Conventional business analysis provides essential information about markets, customers, finances, operations and performance. Symbolic systems offer a different kind of perspective. They can bring additional patterns into view — around identity, alignment, cycles, timing and the relationship between the founder and what they are building.
My approach brings these perspectives into relationship with strategic thinking rather than treating them as separate worlds. Depending on the question, I may work with Chaldean numerology, astrology, Astronumology, or a combination of symbolic and conventional strategic analysis. The purpose is not to apply a particular system for its own sake, but to discover what becomes visible when the business is examined from more than one perspective.

I begin with the business question. From there, I analyse the relevant information, identify significant patterns and relationships, and bring the different strands together into a coherent picture.

My approach is informed by my earlier career across strategy, leadership, operations, organisational change, and entrepreneurial environments.
