1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Astrrid Lovelett ("I", "me", "my") through www.astrrid.com and apply to all consultations, advisory services, programmes, reports, and related offerings.
By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Services may include astrology consultations, numerology consultations, name design services, business numerology services, advisory programmes, written reports, educational resources, and other related offerings.
Details of each service are provided on the relevant service page.
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
3. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of individual consultations unless a payment plan has been agreed.
Where payment plans are available, clients agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
4. Payment Plans
Certain services may be offered through an instalment arrangement.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you choose to utilise all elements of the service.
Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of the service until payment is received.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be exercised at my sole discretion.
6. Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited.
No refund will be provided for missed appointments.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel a booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that no consultation, report preparation, analysis, or service delivery has commenced.
Where a service has already commenced, or where a consultation is scheduled within the 14-day cooling-off period and the client has expressly requested that work begin immediately, the right to cancel may be lost in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Completed consultations, completed reports, and partially delivered programmes are non-refundable.
Should I need to cancel a consultation, an alternative appointment will be offered or a full refund provided.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Any information, guidance, observations, recommendations, or interpretations provided during a consultation are intended to support reflection, understanding, and informed decision-making.
The implementation of any advice or guidance remains entirely the responsibility of the client.
9. Nature of Services
Astrology, numerology, and related symbolic systems are interpretative frameworks intended to support self-reflection, personal development, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, events, financial results, relationship outcomes, business success, or personal circumstances.
10. Professional Boundaries
Services are not a substitute for:
Medical advice
Psychological therapy
Psychiatric treatment
Legal advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Investment advice
Clients should seek appropriately qualified professionals where specialist advice is required.
11. Intellectual Property
All reports, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, website content, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Astrrid Lovelett unless otherwise stated.
Materials provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Astronumology™ and associated frameworks remain proprietary intellectual property.
12. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
Electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, although reasonable measures are taken to protect client information.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from the use of my services.
My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
14. International Clients
Services are available to clients worldwide where legally permitted.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the receipt of astrology, numerology, coaching, mentoring, or advisory services is permitted within their own jurisdiction.
All agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
