About Astrrid
I am a strategic thinker with a longstanding instinct for recognising patterns, systems, and underlying structure.
My background combines operational leadership, systems thinking, and strategic transformation work across corporate, technical, and entrepreneurial environments.
I have worked within global technology and research organisations, startup ventures, and complex operational settings, leading functions, supporting large-scale change initiatives, and helping translate high-level strategy into practical execution.
Over time, my focus increasingly shifted toward the deeper relationship between systems, cycles, human behaviour, and decision-making — particularly during periods of transition, uncertainty, and reinvention.
Today, that perspective forms the foundation of my work in astrology and numerology: using symbolic systems to help people understand timing, trajectory, and meaningful change with greater clarity and precision.
A Period of Recalibration
Nearly a decade ago, a flare-up of a long-term health condition required me to step back from full-time corporate life, and forced me to adapt a more flexible approach to work. What could have been purely a setback became a period of deep recalibration. As I vastly reduced my working hours, I had time for areas previously neglected. As well as overhauling my entire life, I completed postgraduate study in professional consulting, finished an undergraduate degree with 1st Class Honours, and refined my thinking around leadership, development and human potential. More importantly, I re-evaluated the kind of work I wanted to do in the next chapter of my life.
Stepping away from pace and pressure allowed me to see my work from a wider lens. I began to recognise that what I truly enjoy and could specialise in is helping others find clarity — not only in direction and strategy, but in how a person understands themselves and the path they are moving through. What needs to change, what must remain, and when to act.
Alongside this, I returned to a long-held interest in esoteric subjects, and in particular, astrology. I immersed myself in intensive study, exploring multiple systems and approaches, and began applying it in a practical context. The level of insight was undeniable — astrology offered a precise language for understanding patterns, cycles and timing in both life and decision-making. For a period, I believed this would be my sole focus. However, in practice I began to encounter a limitation. Astrology is exceptional at describing patterns and timing, but it does not, in itself, fundamentally alter the underlying structure a person is operating within. It reveals — but it does not always enable change at a foundational level.
This led me to search for a complementary system — one that could move beyond interpretation into active transformation. That search brought me to numerology, and specifically to the Chaldean system. Given the limited depth of self-directed material available — particularly within the Chaldean tradition, which remains relatively underused in the West — I chose to undertake formal, intensive training at Master level through a specialist Danish school. This provided both technical precision and a level of structural depth that is often absent from more widely used Pythagorean approaches, and positioned me among a very small number of practitioners in the UK working at this level.
What drew me to Chaldean numerology was not only its complexity, but the principle at its core: that sound, number and name act as organising forces — giving structure to potential. In practical terms, a name is not simply an identifier. It is a pattern — one that can either limit or unlock aspects of an individual’s expression. Where astrology maps the terrain and timing of a life, numerology — particularly through name design — offers a way to actively shift how that potential is expressed. At its most considered, this work extends beyond the individual. The naming of a person, a business, or a body of work is rarely neutral. It becomes part of how that identity is experienced, recognised, and carried forward over time.
The integration of these two systems became the foundation of my work: one to understand, one to recalibrate.
Beneath the technical language, there is also something less easily defined. Both astrology and numerology sit within a long lineage of symbolic systems — frameworks that explore the relationship between pattern, meaning and lived experience. Now holding qualifications in both numerology and astrology, and supported by extensive independent study that has been applied practice across multiple systems, I can approach them with analytical rigour. However, I do not reduce them purely to mechanics. There is an intuitive dimension to this work — a sensitivity to timing, language, and the subtleties of individual expression that cannot be separated from the process. I am interested in where structure meets intuition; where measurable patterns intersect with the less tangible aspects of identity, perception and potential. It is within that space that the work becomes not only insightful, but deeply personal.
What I Actually Do
Across every stage of my career — corporate, consulting, and advisory — my core strengths have remained consistent. I am drawn to creating new frameworks, analysing complex problems, and identifying the underlying leverage points that others often miss. I see patterns quickly and work at the intersection of strategic insight and practical execution, ensuring that what is understood can also be applied. My approach is both analytical and intuitive. I am comfortable working within structure, but not constrained by it. This allows me to move fluidly between systems and perspectives, selecting what is most precise and effective for the individual in front of me. Clients value my ability to cut through noise, ask precise and often challenging questions, and translate complex or abstract insight into clear, actionable direction. I am not interested in vague inspiration — I am interested in intelligent, applied transformation.
The Work Today
Today, my work brings together strategic thinking, deep analytical capacity, and coaching and mentoring skill, underpinned by a strong internal compass around fairness, growth and self-mastery. It is informed not only by formal training, but by a sustained interest in how people make decisions, navigate complexity, and evolve over time. I work best with individuals who are seeking clarity rather than comfort — those who value depth over surface-level advice and are willing to engage in genuine self-reflection. Many are building something: a business, a body of work, or a new phase of life. What they are looking for is not direction imposed from the outside, but insight that sharpens their own thinking and translates into meaningful action. I am particularly drawn to founders, consultants, practitioners and independent thinkers — people who require a high-level sounding board, and who benefit from working with someone able to hold both structure and complexity at the same time.
