Beyond The Articles - Inside The Astrrid Journal

Over the years I have become increasingly interested in a deceptively simple question:
Why do some periods of life seem to flow naturally whilst others require us to rethink, rebuild, or become someone new?
It is a question that sits beneath much of my work, whether I am exploring an astrological transit, analysing a name through numerology, examining business development patterns, or reflecting on my own experiences of change and growth.
Astrology, numerology, naming, and timing each approach this question from a different direction. Yet all of them point towards a similar idea: that our lives are shaped not only by the choices we make - but also by the patterns, cycles, and developmental themes through which those choices unfold.
The Astrrid Journal is where I explore those ideas.
Some articles focus on practical applications. Others examine broader questions around identity, purpose, relationships, business, creativity, and personal development. Some begin with client work. Others emerge from books, conversations, observations, or questions that I find myself returning to repeatedly. Over time, many become part of larger frameworks, future resources, teaching materials, and ongoing areas of research.
Rather than a traditional mailing list, I think of the Journal as an evolving body of work. A place where ideas can be explored, tested, refined, and connected over time.
What You'll Receive
Monthly Superdates: Each month I use numerology and astrology to identify dates that may be particularly supportive for specific activities - helping you work more consciously with prevailing cycles rather than against them. These may include favourable periods for launches, important conversations, visibility, creative work, strategic planning, reflection, learning, or other significant activities. I wrote about these in a recent article.
New Articles: Subscribers receive updates when new articles are published, often alongside additional thoughts and context that do not appear on the website itself.
Behind The Scenes: Many of the ideas I write about continue developing long after an article is published. The Journal occasionally includes research notes, framework development, emerging concepts, and reflections from ongoing work in astrology, numerology, naming, timing, and related subjects.
Future Resources: Guides, downloads, teaching materials, courses, and other resources will often be introduced through the Journal before appearing elsewhere.
Occasional Announcements: From time to time, I also share updates regarding services, availability, workshops, collaborations, and special projects.
Working With Time
One of the recurring themes throughout my work is that timing matters.
We often focus on what to do, how to do it, or why we should do it. Far less attention is usually given to when.
Through both astrology and numerology, I have become increasingly interested in the relationship between timing and outcomes. Whilst no date can guarantee success, some periods appear more supportive for particular activities than others. Launches, important conversations, relationship focus, creative work, reflection, visibility, study, and strategic decisions all seem to have their own natural rhythms.
This interest informs much of my own work. Articles are often released on dates chosen through a combination of astrology and numerology - sometimes selected because they reflect the themes of the material itself. Newsletters are scheduled with similar considerations in mind. The monthly Superdates are one expression of that ongoing exploration.
The intention is not to become controlled by timing, nor to believe that success depends upon finding a perfect moment. Rather, it is about developing a greater awareness of the cycles within which we already live and operate, and learning how to work with them more consciously.
Why "The Astrrid Journal"?
Names carry meaning.
In Chaldean numerology, The Astrrid Journal carries a 56/2 vibration, known within the Astrrid Numerology System as The Ambassador. Its signature phrase is The Common Cause.
The 5 brings exploration, curiosity, movement, and discovery. The 6 seeks understanding, integration, value, and meaning. Together they resolve through the 2, a number associated with relationship, reflection, dialogue, and the exchange of ideas.
When I first calculated the vibration of The Astrrid Journal, it felt remarkably aligned with what I hoped the publication would become. Not simply a place to distribute information, but a place to explore ideas, connect seemingly separate subjects, and share an evolving body of work with others who are interested in similar questions.
The Ambassador is, in many ways, a bridge-builder. It seeks connection rather than division, helping different perspectives find common ground without losing their individual value. That felt particularly appropriate for a publication that explores subjects as varied as astrology, numerology, naming, timing, business, personal development, psychology, and symbolism, whilst remaining interested in the patterns that connect them.
The Journal is not intended to provide definitive answers to every question. It is a space for exploration. A place to examine patterns, test ideas, deepen understanding, and follow where curiosity leads.
In many ways, that mirrors my own approach to astrology and numerology. Whilst both systems can offer practical guidance, I have always been equally interested in their ability to help us understand ourselves, our development, our timing, and the wider cycles through which our lives unfold.
If those subjects resonate with you, I would be delighted to welcome you to the conversation.
The first full edition of The Astrrid Journal plus the Superdates report for September will be sent to subscribers on 24 August 2026.
Future editions will be released monthly and will include reflections, research, observations, articles, and practical insights drawn from astrology, numerology, naming, symbolism, life cycles, and personal development.
